Spent another day installing and testing things. This is the flap motor installation. I ran it through full motions repeatedly with my test battery and it worked perfectly. I still need to drill and install safety wire at the end of the tube to hopefully prevent the bearing from accidently unscrewing totally. I also need to install the ray allen flap position senser and put proper electrical connectors on everything. Added it to my list. Its surprising how many incomplete steps need to be recorded just to be certain you don't overlook them later. Its also amazing how many times you actually install, remove, and re-install things during the build. I'm used to it now and I guess it makes you totally familiar with every single aspect of the build.
Bolt, spacers, washers, castle nut and cotter pin installed on the top of the motor..
