Well, Barb and I were at Preston and Amy's quite late on Saturday night for Preston's birthday party, so Sunday was a late morning wake-up, and the day was mostly a wash as I spent most of it repeating a cycle of: trying to wake up, playing Aces High 2, and organizing the shop space. Somewhere during the course of the day I DID manage to transform a set of locking pliers into a set of fluting pliers
BUT...
Monday after work I attacked the project with extreme prejudice from about 6 PM til midnight and wound up completing all of the cutting and forming blocks for the nose ribs, routing out a few blanks deburring them, forming a test rib and fluting it.
