Ah, today is the day to utilize the fabled drawing #7 to make the master form block. My step-dad, George (not to be confused with my father, whose name is.....George) came down to give me a hand with making the master form block. It was a 2-person job because we had to move the movable workbench to put the bandsaw in-between it and the stationary bench to facilitate cutting. This method work very well and although the wing template was unwieldy, I is not within reason that I could have done this step without assistance, but I was grateful for the help and the company.
I am happy to report that no bandsaw blades were harmed in this process :)
