Clamped the R-716 rudder bottom attach strip to the assembly. Match drilled the R-710 horn brace and the rudder bottom attach strip to the rudder using the holes in R-801PP and R-704 as a drill guide. Drilled the remaining holes in R-713 and R-801PP to final size
