Brief Description:  Preparing the right elevator

Seperated the E-00001 A&B hinge doublers
Filed a radius on the top and bottom edges of the doublers to rest against the spar radius.
Clecoed and drilled the E-610PP and E-611PP reinforcement plates, E-00001A & B doublers and corresponding plate nuts to the E-702 spar.
Prepared the E-703 and E-704 ribs.
Clecoed and drilled the E-703 end rib to the E-704 counterbalance rib and the clecoed and drilled the to E-702.
Placed the E-714 counterweight on the forward end of E-703 and E-704
Clecoed the E-713 counterbalance skin to E-703 and E-704, overtop E-714
Used the forward holes in E-713 as a guide to drill #12 holes for the screws that will hold E-714 in place.
Removed E-714 and clocoed the subassembly to E-702 spar
Clecoed the E-709 root rib to E-702 and final drilled to #40
Clecoed E-701-R to the understructure.
Removed the cleco's connecting E-709 to E-702 and drilled the WD-605-1-R horn toE-702 and E-709.
Drilled the E-701-R skin to the understructure.
Disassembled the elevator.
Dimpled E-713 for the screws that will attach E-714
Coountersink E-714 for the dimples in E-713.
Dimpled the E-709 attach holes on the forward face of E-702. The plans say to countersink them but after some consulting other builders I diceded to dimple them.
Bevelled the inboard and aft edges of E-713 locally where E-713 overlaps the spar and rib flanges to provide a smooth transition between the counterbalance skin and the E-701-R elevator skin.
