Brief Description: Drilling the horizontal stabilizer 2
Reinstalled HS-00005 and clamped the forward flange against HS-00003. and matched drilled the holes in the forward flange of the HS-00005 rib. Clecoed the ribs and spar assembly together. Match drilled the holes in the HS-801 skin to the HS-00005 rib. Clamped the upper and lower flanges of HS-00006 to the skin. Match drilled of the remaining holes attaching the HS-801 skin. Removed the skin and drilled the remaining holes in HS-814, HS-810 and HS00003
