Brief Description: Rigging the roll system to operate the ailerons.
I started the aileron extension by bolting the inside steel pipe to the aileron side first. I used # drills to get a very tight fit for the bolts. Once this was done the aileron was ready to slide into place and the deflection was 1.5 inches. I used a broom handle with sandpaper on one side and a curved rat file on the other side. 1.5 hours later the tubing did not come in contact with anything and I had 3 inches in both directions. The manual calls for 2.5 inches when the linkage is set up correct and that is what I have when done setting this all up.
