Brief Description: Make and install oil cooler shroud and radiator
I started with a cardboard template for the sides and went from there. The aluminum tig welding was not easy to do but it turned out ok. I wish I had a welding work bench to work from and not the back yard garbage can for a work table. I then riveted 10/32 nut anchors on for the oil cooler radiator to mount too. I welded on a backing plate to seal and to use this to screw to the fire wall. I am using 8 nut anchors and screws to hold the radiator shroud on to the fire wall, this way I can remove with out getting a wrench on a bolt behind the fuel tank.
