I radius all the corners and put 2 bid on every thing. On the bottom and sides I also used Tryax to hold the scoop in place. I had to wedge the bottom down and the sides out to fit the fuselage.
I changed the way the scoops fit into the fuselage. They are to go in from the top and slide back true the fire wall with some trimming. What I did was install them on the inside and this dropped them ½” which opened the back center 1.25”. This will increase the CFM air flow to help cool the engine in hot weather. In the picture the center bottom is level and not curved.
