I got the Kevlar cloth from Aircraft Spruce tonight and did the reinforcing lay-up for the hinge attachment spots for the doors. The penguin lost part of his nose when he hit the ground and will have filler added and sanded in time for Christmas. The Kevlar is extremely hard to cut and will be the right stuff for the reinforcing job.
