Brief Description:  Pinhole sanding and blocking out the primer

Sanded a lot of pin holes by hand for exercise today. I have now switched to feathering bondo for the small pinholes and low areas (Everccoat Spot-Lite). I did as much small stuff before air board sanding the entire bottom wings and winglets. I will use the 3’ aluminum sanding board tomorrow to lower the high spots a bit more. I’m using OMNI catalytic based primer sealer from Lorco at this point and sanding with 100 grit paper now 80 grit to find the high low areas. I use duct tape on the back side so the paper will last longer were it curves around the board to the clamps.

The best purchase I made last year 2014 was getting that Fat boy air compressor from Princess Auto. It has no problem keeping up to the air board. It doubles for an irrigation blow out compressor too.
