Brief Description: Alternator and regulator wiring
I looked up on the internet how to wire the regulator to the alternator. I looked at another builder’s website and the P was power out, F1 was from the regulator to activate the field and start the charging, F2 was ground. Every alternator seams to be different in some way from aircraft to domestic. I look at different builders sites to help me with my build and that is great that other have up loaded their information and pictures. I used www.velocity-xl.com to see if I had wired the alternator correctly.
The wire was also run from the back to the front were the 70 amp breaker will be. # 4 wire for the job here.
