Brief Description:  Aileron torque tube installation.

The bearing housing was shaped bent and fitted so it lined up in the center of the aileron torque tube exit hole. I then bolted on the wing and made a hole to access the bolt the bolts the tube to the bell crank. The torque tube was bolted to the aileron and slid into place and set up. I only had 1” up and 2 ¾ down so out came the shovel handle and sand paper taped on and stared to sand the hole at the aileron end and it only took 30 minutes of sanding and fitting to get the 2 5/8”. Next was to set up the bell crank and dill for the bolt that attaches the torque tube to the bell crank. I now have an aileron the goes up and down with full deflection.
