Brief Description:  Hang up canard, move plane, cleco cowling on.

It was time to stow the canard and rudders with the ailerons. The 2x10’s were screwed to the beam and carpet stapled from the sides to protect the canard surface from damage. After 2 try’s I got the ladder in the right spot to make the lift. The canard feels like 80 + lbs when I made the lift and now it is out of the way.

I moved the plane to its new spot and got the firewall ready for the cowling to go on. I added lots of clecos to hold it in place. The next thing to do is duct tape the inside area so the fiber glass cloth will come off. The goal is to have a screw less cowl with flanges top and bottom and hinges at the wing area, a bit more work but it looks really nice with no screws on the surface.
