Brief Description: Holding hinges for Dog house were installed
I had to use 3 different 1/8” drilling systems for this job 55 degree drill, drill bits with a shank for a socket to go onto and a home made drill bit. The home made one was shortened on both ends and a nut hammered onto the shank end for turning with a socket. In the 1st picture it shows the set up for the hardest ones to do. It was a very slow job drilling by hand to get started before a drill was attached and this went very slow also.
Flox was mixed into T88 structural adhesive and the sanded areas got a good spread for resin and then they were riveted on. I will work on an anchor system to hold the hinge pin next. A small amount of micro will be used to flow the fuselage into the dog house and vise versa.
