Brief Description:  Boxed in canard tip weight well and clean up

It was a slow start in the shop today! Wine tasting last night and we had lots of fun.

I clean up the treaded holes for the trim base and flipped the canard over to start on the ribs and box in the canard tips. No wasps can get a free ride here. I still had fuel strake rib foam from the 4x8 sheet left over so that is what I used to fill in the canard tip weight pocket.
I bondoed every thing in and installed the elevators and tried the movement and the weights hit the back box section so out came the hacksaw and I made adjustments and now every thing had lots of room. Off came the elevators and out came the dermal and cleaned every thing up for a smooth micro fiber glass job to be done. I mixed up micro and radiuses the Pilot side and then wet out for the glass to go on. Once all the fiber glass (one bid) was on and wetted out I used some peel-ply to soak up the extra resin. There was still time and resin so the one bid went on the front bottom canard tips as well.

OK Cynthia I will help with supper.

Delouses Cod and scallop potatoes.
