Brief Description:  Glass in winglet wells

It was time to work on the plane again so down to the shop I go. The Winglets were the next thing on my list so out came the Styrofoam that I do the lay-ups on and the plastic that the glass goes on. I got the site ready and painted on the micro slurry onto the foam and painted resin on the glass that was exposed. Next was to wet out the 3 bid that needs to go on. My heat gun help flow the resin out and saturate the glass nicely any extra resin is then wicked off with the brush and back into the cup, one more shot with the gun to flow out bubbles and let cool then of to the wing I go. The out come was great!
3 more bid in the hinge areas as well then peel-ply.
