Brief Description:  Set up for aileron cut out and then cut

The ailerons are to be cut out now so after lay out and cutting the top skin I had to cut the foam so I tried to get the hack saw blade to go through to the other and being left handed I started on the thick end on the Co-Pilot wing and made a bit of a mess with the foam. One good thing is that the foam can be glued back into place and most of it will be removed in the construction any way.

My recommendation is to start at the winglet end were it is not so thick and find the blade through to the other side get the angle needed and cut the foam first for 8 inches and go back and find the other side and cut the last 1- ½ foam and it will work out great going 8 inches at a time to the other end. If I build a second plane it will go much easier for sure.
