Brief Description:  Door lock was removed and trashed

The door lock was a real pain in my ass having to work around it on the filling and sanding. I had it taped only to find the tape came off and the surface was scratched to Sh_t by the sander. So out it came and will be trashed. I will pick up one down town it looks like a plane old cabinet lock any way. If this was a car it would be removed for the door work as well as the handle and lock lever but that will stay in because it's out of my way from working on the filling and sanding

I stared by drilling around the lock and joined the holes with my die-grinder. I then used a pinch bar that was heated with the propane torch to a straw color and was inserted to heat up the lock a few wiggles and I just pushed it out onto the floor. Good by old scratched up one!!
Much easier to work around with it not there, next plane it will go in last before paint.
