Brief Description: UNI and Bid in front baggage bulkheads
I jump on this fist thing this morning as I had a busy afternoon to day. I mixed up micro and did the inside Pilot side first then wet out the 4 layers of UNI 2 at a time on plastic and off to the plane I go and placed in on the bulkhead. I just don't like UNI to work with it’s like a dog with a mind of its own, after spending some serious time working with the glass to lay down right I then worked on the front of this panel with micro and 2 bid. Out came the peel-ply and the heat gun to milk out the resin to the top of the peel-ply. The Co-plot side was next and of course it was much easier as I had some practice from the pilot side. Time to clean up and have some lunch. I loaded up Mike and Curtis in my PA- 28 for Oliver BC for their Warbird ride that they won at our Fly-in. The guys got to fly in a Nanchang CJ-6A plane and they were over the top in excitement.
Thanks for taking the guys up Paul Dumoret @ Desert Fox Air shows.
