Brief Description:  Canard TRAX repair sanded and resin injection.

I sanded the TRAX back to a nice taper and used the cut out guide for the shape of the top to see were I will need to fill to have a smooth top surface of the Canard.
I got a needle from the drug store and filled with resin so that I could inject in the small hollow sounding spots were there is an air bubble. I had to use the heat gun to get the resin to flow out nice. As it heated you could see the resin slowly flowing out filling the hollow spot. I used weight on top of plastic to hold down in a few spots, this will work great to glue the two layers together.

A good scuff and wash down and the Canard will be ready for filler and then primer.

The new resin for the top fuel strakes will be here next week, It's time to close them up and finish the lay-ups at the ends and the door area.
