Brief Description: Drill holes in bulk head for attachment points.
After using the air ratchet to drill the holes in the bulk head I had to dry fit everything and this took sanding out the holes so that the knurled hard attachment point would just slid in on the bolt with about 1/6” for the glue to go around the outside. The Canard attachment point was not square to the bulk head so when I glued the point in it was at an angle. The two touching faces had Vaseline on them to not allow the structural glue to set on them. When I tightened up the nut it only pulled the two attachment point together floating in the structural glue. This way there was no changing the attitude of the Canard.
