On the seat belt hard points I will be taping in place and not before hand. I drilled out the excess resin inside the 3/8” hard point holes and made sure I did not go true the fuselage on the body ones. My Dad showed me the trick of hammering on a nut on the end of the tap to use a ratchet on it to tap the hole and it always work well. I pulled the foam out of the fuselage holes with a hook to see my depth when tapping. I used tap and cut oil on the job and that stuff is amazing when cutting treads.
