First I used a putty knife between the duct tape on the door insert to cut and pried away from the fuselage. Then I marked the TRYAX lip to 3/4" and started to cut with a hacksaw blade. There where a few spots were it was not straight and was heated with a heat gun and pushed into place with my glove and let cool. I was amazed at how easy it was to shape the glass into place. The glass was harder like it was tempered when cooled. I will trim to 5/8" when it is all cured and hard.
Off we went to the Campaign and Chocolate due at Christina Lake.
