-Made the door latch pins IAW the instructions and plans -Smoothed and deburred the edges of the lock arm -Edge deburred all the door parts -Cloco'd the baggage door assembly together -Enlarged the tooling holes with a unitbit for the door latch bushings -Final drilled all the #40 and #30 holes in the assembly -Cut the hinge to size per the plans -Removed the clecos where the hinge will go
