Brief Description: Aft Upper Skin and Bulkheads #2
-Cut out the 3/4" plywood IAW the dimensions in the plans. These pieces lie on the lower longerons and baggage floor webs. This will allow me (or someone smaller willing to do so) lay in the aft fuse and buck the rivets for the aft upper skin. - Removed the empennage
