-Inserted the threaded rod-ends into the F-841 pushrod tube, drilled the holes, marked their orientation and pulled them back out. -Deburred all the holes -Cleaned the interior of the large pushrod tube by pulling a rag soaked with solvent through it. -Riveted on the threaded rod-ends -Taped up a hole and poured primer into the tube and swirled it around to prime the inside of the pushrod assembly. -Once the primer was dry, I threaded in the rod-end bearings and adjusted per the plans. -Made the F-840 pushrod assembly in the same manner. This is the pushrod that goes between the rear-stick and the bellcrank.
