-Cleco’d the cooling ramp assembly in place -Drilled the holes for the blind rivets out to a #34 per the plans -Removed the ramp and deburred the holes -Used a generous amount of pro-seals around the whole perimeter of the cooling ramp to not only seal the firewall, but to dampen the ramp itself to hopefully prevent cracking in the future. -Cleco’d the ramp back into place and riveted it on (made a pro-seal mess…ruined a nice pair of jeans…) -Applied and filleted a bead of sealant where the ramp contacts the sides of the forward side skins
