Brief Description:  Fuselage Riveting #17 (Step hole cover)

The aft bottom skin is used on both the RV-8 and RV-8A (nosewheel) version of the kit. The 8A requires a steel step just behind the wing to aid in stepping up onto the wing. The taildragger version of course doesn't need the step because the trailing edge of the wing sits low enough to step straight up onto the wing.
Anyway, there's a hole in the skin where the step weldment would protrude. This particular hole isn't exposed because it will be coverd by a flap/fuselage instersection fairing with no hole. Still, I didn't like the idea an open hole in the skin, so I dedided to make a patch for it.
