Finished drilling the piano hinge to the spar and bottom skin. Deburred the hinge and countersunk all the holes on the bottom of the spar. The dimpled skin will fit into the countersinks then the hinge will be on the other side of the countersunk hole. You have to do the countersinking to avoid dimpling the piano hinge, for it will distort badly if you try to dimple it.
Cleckoed the spar and rib assembly to the top skin and began drilling the top skin and top side of the ribs.
