Brief Description: Rt Wing #22 - Installing braces and brackets
Prepped all the parts by scuffing with a scotchbrite pad and wiping clean with MEK. Broke out the AFS primer/sealer for the first time in a while and primed everything, including the traling edge of the skins. Countersunk the flap brace where the bottom skin attaches so the flap hinge can lay flat on the other side. Rivet the aileron brackets on. I did the outboard bracket correctly this time by bucking the rivets to the rear spar THEN drill the side rivets and install (reference the 01/27/2008 log entry), and lo and behold it is nice and straight this time!! Cleko'd on the aileron gap seal and flap brace and called it a night.
