As a military Aircraft Maintenance Officer and former Supply Officer, I did a very poor job in ensuring proper supplies were on hand for this project. It was very dissappointing, after securing permission from the boss to spend an entire day in the shop, that I discovered I had used all my AFS primer and failed to order more. So, during the holiday break, work was on hold while I waited for my primer to show up.
It finally arrived yesterday, so I got the ribs primed and ready to rivet to the main and rear spar of the left wing.
