Brief Description: Installing elevators

Drilled the bolt holes to final size on the horizontal stab/elevator mounting brackets. Started trimming the skin to allow the elevator counterbalance arms to swing.

Nibbled the skin for timming. This allows the counterbalance arm to swing.
