Bellcrank was not moving freely, needed to remove it and sand off a bit more of the painted surface, as it was binding a bit.
Fitted foam leading edge in place, will have to sand them a bit. Had to remove a few rivets in the rib #4 flange to get the foam to fit on both the Left and Right side.
