Followed their instructions but had difficulty wrapping and unwrapping the do-it yourself pre-preg without making a sticky mess.
For round 2, I built a rotating holder, just three 2x4s with a dry wall screw in each end to hold the center point of the 26 inch foam core. I could then rotate this foam core as I pulled the fiberglass cloth along the bench and gradually wound up with two wraps of fiberglass cloth and resin around the 2x2 diagonal foam core.
End result is shown on the scale below at 13 1/2 oz.
