Fabricated fuel line from fuel filter to fuel pump. The process was straight forward. First, slip on fittings and then flair the end of the sluminum fuel line. Then, slip the fittings onto the other end and flair the line. Then slide the fittings to the end and bend the line to the desired angle. This piece does not need to be aluminum. It could be rubber because it is before the fuel pump and therefore, not under pressure. Everything after the fuel pump must be aluminum.
