Nick said that they aggressively cut their seat pans and that they do sit on the rails, the floor, and the spar box. OK, let's get to installing the rails. I've already cut them to length. Now I'll use a piano hinge to attach them to the seat back bulkhead. Nick floxes them in and then adds FG on top, but I think I'll use AN3 screws so that I can move them if needed later.
