Somehow, the polarity of the LED landing light was wired backwards. This is a no no with LEDs. To fix, I removed the lens, backer panel, and light to get access to the wires. In removing the shrink wrap, I broke one of the molex pins and had to re-pin this tiny molex connector. 3 hours later, it works!
