This process not covered in manual. To locate, I hot glued a wood block to the bottom of the fuselage. After installing the wing into the inverted fuselage and installing the flap, I drilled a hole through the flap's inner bracket into the wood block. After removing the wing and flap, I set a bolt through the fuselage's inner flap bracket into the wooden block. Then, I rotated the bracket until the two bolt holes were where I wanted them in the wing root. I match drilled the holes and installed the appropriate AN hardware to complete installation.
