This wedge weighed in at less than 1 ounce. This may weigh less than washers and is much stronger. It should never get wet, but humidity may be a factor, so I sealed it with 3 coats of liquid plastic (an oil based polyurethane). I'm within 1/10 of a degree of the plane of the wing spar; close enough. I'll measure again after paint during final installation. If off, I can always add a washer. I'm very pleased how this turned out.
