The screw behind the dipstick is impossible to get to with a screw driver. So, I removed the dipstick, installed the screw, and reinstalled the dipstick including safety wire.
After removing the dip stick, but before removing the screw, be sure to cover the dip stick hole with tape to prevent anything, including the screw, from falling into the hole. That will ruin your day!
