Fab Oil Door on top of cowl. Hammered a compound curve into the aluminum oil door and added fiberglass on top of cowl to strengthen the thin cowling and match the curve in the oil door. It's impossible (for me anyway) to get a perfect match by bending the aluminum, but it is possible to build up the cowling to form a perfect match. Of course, sanding is required.
