The parking brake is located on the fuel panel that mounts on the spar box flange and the bottom of the panel support. The manual called for a mounting bracket to be fabricated to attach the fuel panel to the spar box flange, but I'm guessing that was for a previous version of the spar box. The fuel selector panel would not attach with the parking brake in its present position. Removing the bracket solved the problem. The spar box has an upright tab which, in my opinion, eliminates the need for an addiotional mounting bracket. I may find that I'm wrong later on, but eliminating the bracket works right now. The parking brake is just above the tab on the spar box.
I did a pretty good job of marking each specific wire in the wiring harness. What I didn't do was label the connectors, so I spent about 45 minutes doing so. I used tape for now and will probably replace with better looking labels later.
I'll cover with carbon fiber, so extra holes not a problem.
