This was surprisingly easy. I hooked my laptop up to the VP-X, connected to the internet, downloaded my configuration from the VP-X Website and was done. Just as easy as they promised. Now, all of my circuits are configured (programmed). This will allow me to move forward with the testing an dinstallation of the actual avionics.
Note: Avionics run on magic smoke. If you let the smoke out, they won't work. So, the VP-X should help me keep the smoke in all of these fancy/expensive pieces of avionics.
