I'm running out of aluminum again, but have some steel desk legs that have been sitting around for about 20 years. You never know when you'll need them. I'm concerned about wieght, so I'll cut out a piece and compare it ot the weight of the aluminum that I have been using for brackets. If it's too heavy, at least I got to make some sparks cutting it out.
