The 1st picture shows the servo mounted in place. Now, there need sto be a cover over this hole. The cover needs to mount into a flange. My next task is to make the flange. Because the space for clamps is limited, this will take several session of floxing one flange piece at a time. A binder clip is the perfect clamp. After wetting out the mating faces of the flange and the inside of the aileron, I floxed the two pieces together and set it aside to cure overnight.
