I didn't have enough fiberglass panel to close out the wing tips, so I fabricated a pair of plugs.
I cut florist foam to fit the opening. Then, I wrapped the foam form in waxed paper and I epoxied fiberglass around the form, added another layer of waxed paper and wrapped another epoxied fiberglass sheet around that and let it cure overnight.
