Did a bit of trial fitting. I decided that the upper rudder cable bracket positioned the rudder a bit too low and a bit to the left. To correct, I'll add a couple of washers under the bottom bolt and one washer to the left bolt. Once finally happy, I'll flox under the bracket to create a secure base.
When finished with the upper bracket, I installed the lower bracket.
