Need something to do that doesn't involve seat pans.
Earlier I hot glued a block to the bottom of the fuselage to help locate the inner flap bracket. I don't see anything in the manual about installing this, but how hard could it be. The bracket hole that is used to attach the flap needs to be at a specific point and the bracket itself gets attached to the wing root so as not to interfere with the wing hard points ot the sparbox tension rod. Yes, that same rod I've been fighting with during the great November Seat Pan fiasco.
So, insert bushing in the inboard flap bracket. Insert AN4 bolt to lock position. Find mounting location on wing root. Match drill holes through flap bracket and wing root. Custom grind 2 washers. Secure with AN3 bolts, washers, and nyloc nuts
That dang tension rod is mighty close.
Grind off half a washer and no interference with the tension rod.
Top down view. It took 2 washers because the nut hit the tension rod base. Now it's proud!
