Image 1 shows the Sharpie mark for the Rib Tooling Hole and where I've decided to drill for the rivets to maintain 2D + 1/16" edge distance. Image 2 shows how I've used a double layer of the same thin plywood I made the Landing Light Lens Form from to support the Strut while I drill the two rivet holes. Image 3 shows the Strut clamped in place so I can drill the first of two holes into the Inboard Bracket. Note also that in Image 3 you can see where I have bent the edges two strips of Aluminum I was using to make the whole assembly stiffer on the bench. Without those bent up edges the 0.025 Aluminum was just too flimsy.
